HR Pros is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. They will administer medication, monitor and record patient progress, and educate families and the patient as needed. 

 

The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency and experience while assisting the patient. This critical role assists in creating and managing treatment plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide exceptional patient care –

    Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move. Develop an individualized treatment plan. Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition. Using exercises, stretching, equipment and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility and prevent further injury.

Requirements: 

 

  • Degree with an approved curriculum by the Allied Health Education Program 
  • Licenses must be current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physical Therapist from any State
  • Pass the examination from the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
  • A minimum of six months of recent medical experience
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time  
  • Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
