HR Professionals is currently seeking candidates to fill various positions for Integration Developers candidates that are interested in working throughout the State of Louisiana or are interested in Remote opportunities. These positions will require the experiences outlined below. 

Job Summary

Candidate will design and develop interfaces for the application – application, application – business integrations for LYB. The role will require collaboration with business, product team analysts, technical and solution architects, vendors, and development teams. The developer will need to work with a globally distributed team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in related field, e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent certifications demonstrating understanding
  • 4+ years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines including technical architecture, application development, middleware, database management or operations
  • 4+ years of experience in the full application development lifecycle (i.e., requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, build, installation, documentation, and code management).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major Integration platform
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one of a major Cloud platform, solutions, services, and products, demonstrating functional knowledge and technical understanding of cloud computing services and success implementing 3rd party integrations
  • Ability to build and support solutions to fit working with SecDevOps (or DevSecOps).
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner
  • Development of Web services, REST APIs, CPI, APIM, Event Mesh
  • API Development & Life Cycle Management
  • Groovy Scripting
  • Technologies and protocols (REST, ODATA, SOAP, XML, JSON, Message queues, Identity management, SAML, OAUTH)
  • ALE/IDOC experience working with standard, extended, and custom IDOCS
  • Experience with HTML/XML/WSDL/XSD, JSON, BADI, BAPI
  • Experience with Web technologies (XML, REST, HTTP, HTTPS, Web Services and Certificate )
  • Download, install, configure standard integration packages
  • Develop real time and asynchronous systems integrations

Summary of Essential Job Function

  • Detail out the design of interfaces, and develop these integrations accordingly.
  • Develop the interfaces according to LYB integration and SecDevOps standards.
  • Collaborate with product teams, architects, and COE teams to design, develop, maintain and manage integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with application vendors, service providers, trading partners and their technical resources to successfully deliver and maintain interfaces
  • Establish and ensure development policies, standards, and guidelines for application development, change management and support to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability
  • Evaluate industry standards and technologies informed on new tools and best practices of the industry
  • Work with the technology partners to collect roadmap information and contribute to enterprise strategy development and planning.
  • Monitor and debugging of production systems and work to continuously improve availability, performance, and quality.

Preferred Expertise:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Platform
  • Experience with building and supporting scalable architectures, such as microservices frameworks, API management, serverless technologies (e.g., Azure Functions), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry etc.), etc.
  • Experience with software development practices including SecDevOps and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) tool chains (e.g., GitHub, Azure for DevOps, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Chef, Puppet)
  • Experience with design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security
  • Experience in A2A and B2B integrations
  • Experience managing delivery through remote teams and AMS partners
  • Experience in one of the following core languages: . NET Core, C#
  • Knowledge of trading partner onboarding process
  • Knowledge of SAP integration, ALE/EDI, IDOC/BAPI/RFC
  • Knowledge of integration tools such as SAP PO / CPI / BTP platforms
  • Knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards
  • .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, REST APIs, Swagger / OPEN API, ODATA
  • Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, Key-Vault
  • Azure SQL (PaaS), Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, XSLT / Liquid maps, Schemas
  • Developer tools such as Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Postman, SOAPUI, Azure Dev Ops - Pipelines, Releases, Boards, Sprints, Testing
