Job Description:

The Application Program Manager/Specialist is responsible for providing expert program and project management support for various SAP modules and integrations across multiple client projects. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the business environment, setting project goals and objectives, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP integrations and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business environment and leverage it to drive informed decision-making and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Define program goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Create and manage project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
  • Provide continuous evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that program and project goals are met.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, providing transparency and fostering engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with program management processes, standards, and policies.
  • Offer day-to-day support for ongoing processes and provide application support as needed to meet the organization’s workload demands.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) plus years of experience in program/project management with a focus on SAP integrations and SAP Public Sector Financials.
  • Expertise in any combination of the following SAP modules:
    • SAP Financials (FI)
    • SAP Controlling (CO)
    • SAP Grants Management (GM)
    • SAP Funds Management (FM)
    • SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
    • SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
    • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
    • SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
    • SAP Payroll

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of additional SAP modules, including:
    • SAP Materials Management (MM)
    • SAP Real Estate (RE)
    • SAP Budget and Planning (SBP)
    • SAP Project Systems (PS)
    • SAP Travel Management
    • SAP Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Familiarity with SAP-related tools and methodologies like Pattern Stream and Analysis for Office 2.8.

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP program management methodologies and best practices.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

Work Arrangement:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
  • 100% Remote or Hybrid (dependent on the specific role and client requirements).
